140th Prize Giving for year 2015 was held on Wednesday 26th October 2016 at Dr C.W.W.Kannangara Auditorium .The Junior prize giving was held in the morning and the chief guest of it was renowned old boy Dr T.S.L.W.Gunawardana ,Dean ,Faculty of Management and Finance,University of Ruhuna. The senior prize giving was held in the afternoon on the same day with the participation of Dr Ajith Nagahawaththa ,Head of the Department of Microbiology ,Faculty of Medicine ,University of Ruhuna., as the Chief Guest. 716 prize winners received prizes for their brilliant performances at the junior prize giving while 746 received prizes at the senior prize giving.
